A sacred space rising from devotion — Taranaki's first Hindu temple, designed to serve generations of worshippers, learners, and community members.
A spiritual vision in architecture — an artistic representation of our future temple design.
Please note: This image is an artistic rendering representing our architectural vision and design aspirations. It is an artistic representation and not the real scale physical model of the upcoming temple.
Three interconnected spaces designed for worship, community, and learning — the pillars of a vibrant Hindu centre.
The sacred heart of the temple. A spacious prayer hall with a sanctum sanctorum (garbhagriha) for the principal deities, designed to accommodate 150+ worshippers for daily pujas, aarti, and festival celebrations.
A full commercial kitchen and dining hall where the tradition of free community meals (langar) will continue at scale. Designed to serve 200+ people per event, this space embodies our commitment to feeding all who come.
Dedicated spaces for Hindi language classes, yoga and meditation sessions, music and dance instruction, children's programs, and community meetings. Education is the foundation of cultural continuity.
A $750,000 vision — built brick by brick through community generosity and unwavering faith.
